Age old magic of Haldi wala dudh is the popular and effective way to fight against the virus.
Drinking lukewarm water reduces inflammation of the throat and flushes out the infection out of our body.
- Ginger Tea
Add salt and a pinch of turmeric to the warm water and then do gargle twice a day to make the throat better.
Honey made syrup
Prepare a syrup by using lemon, honey and cinnamon, and consume it in frequent intervals.
